Viridian Metals President & CEO Tyrell Sutherland on Sedna, Kraken, and What Comes Next

Viridian Metals President & CEO, Tyrell Sutherland, recently spoke with Stockhouse about the summer site visits at Sedna and what lies ahead for the Kraken Project as Viridian kicks off drill season.

“We’re really looking to follow up on the favourable results from last year’s diamond drilling. We hit mineralization from surface to 20 metres in multiple holes — several of which ended in mineralization, including one with a 4% copper intercept,” he said. “The high-grade copper potential in this system has never truly been evaluated or tested. This year we’re looking to expand on those hits from surface and begin linking them together so we can start putting resource shells around them.”

With the drill season now underway, Viridian is committed to advancing Kraken with purpose, innovation, and a clear eye on the copper critical to the global energy transition.
