A professional Geologist with 15 years of experience in the exploration industry, Tyrell has an extensive background in collaborative work with Indigenous groups and conducting exploration activities in northern Canada.
He played a key role in the acquisition and initial resource growth of the Pickle Crow Mine for Auteco Minerals and served on the board of Levon Resources during their sale to Discovery Silver.
Lee brings more than 25 years of investment experience with several independent investment dealers in Toronto, New York and London.
He is credited with helping build one of Canada’s leading resource focused investment dealers. Most recently, he provided institutional equity sales coverage with a focus on European based institutions.
Toronto-born and currently based in San Francisco, Alan is a pioneer in financial technology.
He co-founded the trailblazing trading firm Infinium Group and Galiam Capital, a hedge fund with a quantitative edge.
He also founded and led All of Us Financial—a fintech company aimed at reengineering trading for self-directed investors—which was acquired by PayPal in 2021.
In 2024, he co-founded Silvertrain AI to explore the utilization of AI in financial technology.
Sebastien is a CPA with over 25 years of diverse business experience, holding an MBA, a B.Comm, and CSC certification.
As a partner at CFM Financial Consulting, he specializes in strategic planning and operational streamlining.
Formerly the President and COO of The Best You clinics, he excels in driving efficiency, improving processes, and delivering business growth.
Stacie has over a decade of technical and leadership experience in mineral exploration.
She works closely with exploration-stage companies across a variety of commodities, including base metals, gold, and uranium, with significant experience in remote, district-scale projects.
Formerly the Vice President of Exploration at Golden Planet Mining, she led multi-phase drill programs and played a central role in building the company’s discovery pipeline.
Sabino is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) who specializes in private and public exploration companies.
He is a member in good standing of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario and the Ordre des CPA du Québec.
He has served as CFO for several public companies, including CGP.V, UGM.V, MKR.V, and EVR.V.
Born and raised in Goose Bay, Labrador, Charlene brings five years of experience in remote exploration across northern Canada.
Her M.Sc. research focused on hydrothermal deposits in Labrador’s Central Mineral Belt.
Beyond her technical work, she is a board member of She Connects, a nonprofit providing mentorship for women, and she was awarded the 2018 Young Mining Professionals Scholarship for her contributions to the field.
Andy is a British Columbia lawyer whose practice focuses on commercial, corporate, and securities law.
He works principally with venture issuers and Canadian small-cap companies, with particular experience in the junior mining sector.
He is the Owner and President of Cairnstone Law which he founded in November 2025.
Prior to establishing Cairnstone, Andy spent ten years at a boutique securities firm in Vancouver.
He has also served as Corporate Secretary of several CSE and TSXV listed issuers.
Simon brings 20 years of mineral exploration experience from industry and academia.
Currently based at iCRAG, at University COllege Dublin, he previously worked for First Quantum Minerals on a variety of deposit types across the world.
Simon has a PhD from the University of St Andrews, Scotland.
His specialism is sediment-hosted copper systems, such as the Sedna Project, and has worked in the Central African Copperbelt, Botswana Copperbelt and Chu Sarysu Basin (Kazakhstan).
